We feel it is right to give you an update on the current situation with the forced downtime, which, unfortunately, is beyond our control.

Several of the largest data centers in the Netherlands, owned by the well-known and reliable company nLighten, have cut the power supply to equipment belonging to dozens of providers worldwide. ⚡🚫

The equipment has not been seized, but the providers currently have no access to it until the regulatory issues are resolved. 🔒 They, too, are awaiting a resolution and promise to restore operations in June (after the 20th). 📅

The backups of our project were stored in three separate, independent locations. 🗂️

However, as it turned out, two of the three database backups were located on the equipment of the providers affected by this incident. The third backup was stored on AWS servers, but due to its enormous size, it ended up corrupted. 💥

In essence, it is a "bullet meets bullet" situation. 🎯

Important ⚠️

The wallet backups, with all settlements and balances, are in our possession and fully intact. ✅
The game's codebase is safe. ✅

The key question is access to the backup with the player characters. 🎮

Right now, we are working on restoring our main backup from the AWS servers and expect that the two other providers, where the databases and their backups were located, will regain access to their equipment and provide it to all their clients. 🔧

We count on your support during this sudden wait, and we are doing everything possible to fully restore access to the game. 💪

While we all wait, work on the game's code continues. 🛠️

The updated tournament is ready, we have begun building the new Battle Pass, and we continue working on the new design you have already had a chance to see. 🏆✨
