The name points at a platform for building token contracts from drag-and-drop nodes or an agent called Bolt, and the links point at this contract, so the posts quoting it are about CodePad, not the same-name noise elsewhere.
X attention is thin. The largest account posting the contract is dex_kolwatcher with 8,275 followers, an automated paid-listing feed, and x.com/mewudi669 describes the platform to 7,457 followers. Nobody is over ten thousand. The rest are smaller replies, one saying it will fly hard, another comparing it to a different token.
