There is no story beyond the name. Eleven posts mention the MCAT symbol but point at other tokens, mostly an Addicted Cat project on a different contract: same-name noise.
On X, nine posts from nine accounts name this contract or pair the symbol with Solana, so attention is scattered. The biggest is x.com/AutorunAlert at 7,639 followers. x.com/QuantAlphaX claims a 5x, and x.com/SolanaMemesScan warns of a heavy bundled share and a high bot rate but says the rug score came back clean. None is over ten thousand followers.
