We've seen people speculate that DoctorDustBox are connected to Asmoday, but the texture is actually different from Asmoday's cubes. They much more closely resemble the corrupted data from Dottore's quest domain from the 6.6 AQ.
So these "DustBoxes" could be afterimages of Dottore trying to attack us or just hanging out in the Irminsul domain
