This Chinese named LIANG SHUAI borrowed ₱1.1 million from me in 2024 and has still not repaid a single cent of the debt.
I have given him numerous opportunities to repay the money. In 2026, we signed a new repayment agreement, under which he was supposed to pay me on October 5, 2026. However, he claimed that a holiday in China had delayed his salary payment and that his company would not pay him until October 12. He promised to repay me once he received his salary, and I agreed to give him more time.
I was still able to contact him between October 2 and October 11. However, on October 12, he suddenly became unreachable, and I have been unable to contact him ever since.
I am now desperately trying to locate this individual. Is there anyone who can help me find him? I am offering a reward of ₱300,000 for information that helps locate him.
I also urge everyone not to blindly trust this individual. In my experience, he has repeatedly failed to honor his promises and has given me one excuse after another whenever the agreed repayment date arrives. I have given him more than enough chances, yet he continues to let me down.
He is already 44 years old, around the same age as my father, yet he has taken my money and left me in this situation. I find his behavior completely unacceptable and deeply shameful.
