Observations:-
1.Karachay R01C01 and ABA-086 samples have proto armenian suggesting armenian admixture.
2.Karachay R02C02,ABA-085 and ABA-091 has Mesopotamian heritage suggesting armenian admixture
3.Turkic heritage is quiet low among all Karachays with exception of sample ABA-086
4.R02CO2 has highest north caucasian heritage
5.We observe Kartvelian heirtage in all Karachay samples suggesting georgian admixture
6.Hence we conclude Karachais are very diverse population of Caucasus
