Once again, an amazing podcast with lots of insights. Here’s a few that I found interesting:

1) Our brains can’t sustain more than 2 changes at a time, which means to improve our lives, we should focus on 1 or 2 things at a time.

2) Only 2 percent of people can actually multitask. Research shows that multitasking decreases our ability to solve complex problems, it impacts our concentration, mood, engagement, and a whole host of other things.

3) Being lonely is equal to smoking 15 cigarettes a day. Breathing techniques, therapeutic writing, and so many other insights.

Definitely recommend this podcast.
