What is life

Life is Zen for me
A stillness within our true self
That carries peace

When I sit in my zen garden
Under the roofs of the trees
I feel calm

When the wind whispers
Through the leaves
I feel weightless

When the birds sing
And butterflies fly in summer
I feel free

When I look into the night
Or write music of the stars
I am Zen.
