Hey guys
Yesterday ended with a pretty big loss for me in the trenches.
I reviewed my trades and identified a few mistakes I made:
1) I made a couple of trades that didn’t follow my strategy. I kept averaging down on a coin, hoping it would bounce back.
2) I didn’t understand the narrative well enough in the moment. In other words, I hadn’t properly researched the coin or assessed its strength before buying.
3) When I was in profit, I didn’t take any profits because I thought I could make a lot more and recover my previous losses.
The problem is that I usually know what I should and shouldn’t do, but in the heat of the moment, it feels like my brain just shuts off and I start chasing profits out of FOMO.
I’ll try to stay more focused and disciplined in the trenches.
