1. Every avatars/muses are very much welcomed here, whether it'd be 2D, 3D, et cetera. Long as you can be responsible if there's any limitations in using the said muse!

2. Though this has been stated through our Tumblr page, wouldn't hurt to repeat that the door is open for everyone without any exception: Male, Female, Non-Binary with any orientations & any positions.

3. There is no preferred platforms in putting your portfolio into. Everyone has the freewill to use either Medium, Telegraph, Carrd, Craft, Notion, Telegram Channel, et cetera. What counts into the consideration point is how you'd present yourself into that one portfolio, what kind of things are vital enough for you to decide to put them in the portfolio, and no usage of AI engines (and this point also applies to interview answer).

4. There will never be specific targets to fulfill in terms of minimum amount of SPM, clients, schedule. We thrive to keep this environment fitting into everyone's own time, you may adjust all of that according to your preference and comfort! However, in context of social interactions, it is rather a mandatory for talents to (at least) show up once in a while both in the groupchat and on our channel when there's the chance.

5. We've mentioned this several times previously, but the salary cut goes from 10% for non-benefit-taking sessions, and 14% for ones that come with benefits. Each session has the maximum of 3 benefits, and no additional funds would be charged. Paid additional requests will also go 100% to the talent, without getting into the aforementioned salary cut. 6. Please avoid waiting for us to give you the permission to send your portfolio. Much highly advised if you greet us while bringing the portfolio along to save time!
