Growth Product Manager (CS Team) — Adapty

Adapty is a monetization platform for subscription apps. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions a year, and we’re a team of 210+ building one of mobile’s fastest-growing SaaS companies.

Our clients don’t come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:
• own a portfolio of 30-40 apps as the main point of contact, accountable for retention, health and growth
• onboard new clients after handoff from Sales: integration, first funnel and paywall, campaigns live
• close product adoption gaps, spot at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question
• run paywall and UA analyses and bring concrete A/B test recommendations, not generic check-ins
• unlock and close cross-sells across the product line, owning deals through to closed-won
• be the voice of the customer inside the product team

What You Bring:
• hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions, not just adjacent to it
• full-cycle mobile growth: UA → funnel → monetization → A/B testing
• fluent English, written and spoken
• comfortable with sales: you open the commercial conversation, ask for the expansion and close it
• independent and proactive — we don’t micromanage, you own your accounts and your numbers

Nice to have: SaaS in mobile, Amplitude and Meta Ads, measurable upsell in a previous CS role.
