Project:
🔸We're helping our client - a product company in Employee Engagement Industry. They help large companies to interact with hundreds of employees on continuous performance management, employee recognition, rewards, and engagement surveys.
What you'll be doing:
🔸Enlarge and Improve the existing Web application built on React
🔸Mentor the Engineering team on design, building and deploy large scalable application
🔸Write high-quality code — optimized and easy to maintain
🔸Write reliable tests, review others' code
🔸Understand the customers needs and improve the platform to meet these needs
About you:
🔸At least 5 years of engineering experience
🔸Ability to communicate technical problems concisely
🔸Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript with one of the modern front-end frameworks. React prefered!
🔸Server-side experience working with Node and GraphQL
🔸Relational and non-relational Data Storages such as Postgres and mongo
🔸Experience with relational and non-relational data stores such as Postgres and Mongo
🔸Knowledge of AWS, Heroku, GCP
🔸Continuous integration, unit testing, and automated deployments
🔸A proven track record developing production applications
🔸Experience with agile software development processes such as scrum
Nice-to-haves:
🔸DevOps knowledge
🔸Experience with GraphQL (both creating and consuming)
