a very bookish helliewello, desocie! livia nunes reporting for #WednesDES, as our little LA adventure led me to dead culture society, a literary little haven by michael oberoi, with the picture of dorian gray tucked under my arm and far too much delight in my heart. the bookshelves were gorgeous, the flowers were behaving beautifully, and every old frame seemed to be silently judging my life choices. naturally, i settled in anyway. a little reading, a little lounging, a little dramatic posing, then dinner in my enormous furry cocoon because apparently that is how one conducts oneself inside michael’s library. honestly, i only came for the books and emerged looking like the suspiciously overdressed aunt at a very gothic family reunion!
