So, what we have at the moment.
All your pre-orders are in safe, checked and packed. Approximately 25% of all parcels are safely shipped. But we are faced with the fact that some parcels, having reached the Russian customs, are returned back to us. We tried to find out what was going on, but the damn bureaucrats didn't give us any explanation why the packages were returned back. We conclude that the Russian customs (like the Russian government) has gone crazy and is only working on how to ruin the lives of ordinary people. This is very annoying! I want to kick the ass of all these bastards who interfere with work, to express all the bad words in their smug faces. Yeah, shit happens. But we do not despair and are looking for any options to send your parcels as soon as possible. We will continue to send parcels from Russia as far as possible, if there are no new problems, and we also hope to arrange the sending of parcels through our friends from third countries, where this can be done.
In any case, as we always tell everyone - you will definitely receive your parcels, for us, reputation and your trust are above all. We can't let you down.

We have all witnessed really dark and terrible times. Now it seems that covid restrictions were only minor difficulties that everyone somehow coped with and there was no looming nutcase with a nuclear missile in his hands on the horizon.
This "genius, damn him" made our country an outcast, drowning thousands of people in blood, destroying the plans and hopes of millions of people for a bright future. This is a disgrace and a curse of our country. We tried to answer all messages about sending parcels and explained the whole situation to everyone. And you know, in response, we received many kind words that expressed support and understanding of this difficult situation.
