1. Why have I lost the Verification Badge & how do I get it back?

You should have at least $10 in your wallet (on any chain, in any asset) to verify your SocialFi Account and claim the badge back. If you had this balance before the new rules were introduced - your verification is kept!

2. Why have I lost some of my XP points?

If you lost the Verification Badge - then your XP points for claiming this Badge were taken away as well. To receive your XP points back, you need to re-verify your SocialFi Account according to point 1 & claim the Badge back!

Additionally, your points can be reduced if your referrals lost their Verification Badges as well. When they re-verify their SocialFi Accounts - you will receive lost XP points back!

3. Why does it take so long to claim a Verification Badge?

Due to introduction of new rules, there is a huge wave of users that are claiming their Badges back! Thus, the system is extremely loaded. If you meet all criteria, you will receive your badge within few days after claiming it!
