Progress Update: Deeptics x Bittensor Subnet Testnet

We’ve officially entered the cooldown phase before finalizing our subnet registration on the Bittensor testnet.
According to the network rate limit, each new subnet requires a 4-day cooldown before the next registration.

This marks an important milestone in building the Deeptics Autonomous AI Subnet, designed for distributed deep learning coordination and robotics intelligence flow across the Bittensor ecosystem.
