PROJECT NICK

One of Nikola Tesla’s inventions was a particle-beam weapon he called Teleforce…also known as the “Death Ray” by the press…capable of melting enemy aircraft at 250 miles.

By the mid-1950s, the U.S. Air Force launched PROJECT NICK aiming to develop a functional death ray for missile defense, directly inspired by Tesla’s confiscated notes.
