Recently I listened to podcasts about nvidia and decided to write an article, there is 2 of them first is personal reflection, second is
analysis and maps

https://magistr.me/blog/reading-the-board-from-the-stands/ - reflection (my text ideas and thoughts, ai edit pass)
https://magistr.me/blog/nvidia-oxide-tinygrad-wardley-lens/ analysis and mapping (my streering and base, ai analysis and edit)
Magistr and Maps Reading the board from the stands I ignored Nvidia for two years. Then two interviews flipped me — on Jensen as the best Wardley strategist alive, and on what I actually wanted while watching him.

I heard that hyperscalers are using flat network design in their DC, here is one paper from AWS,
how they implemented network using random graph theory and passive optical shuffleboxes to achieve same level of oversubscription as in fat tree design (3:1), and reduce costs up-to 45%

“The best argument for Rust in 2026 is not memory safety or performance. It is that AI writes better Rust than it writes C++. The compiler feedback loop is so tight that models self-correct in real time. Every error message is a free training signal. Rust was accidentally designed for AI-assisted development 10 years before anyone knew that mattered.”
