🇷🇺 The Central Bank of the Russian Federation published rules for regulated cryptocurrency trading in Russia — exchanges will independently set trading modes and calculate prices, and depositories will account for crypto assets almost like securities.

For such depositories, a minimum capital of 50 to 250 million rubles is introduced, and their register will be maintained by the Bank of Russia.
