🇷🇺 The Central Bank wants to take into account experience with cryptocurrencies when obtaining qualified investor status — if a person has already invested in such "risky instruments" as crypto, this may be considered confirmation of experience for access to other complex assets.

The amendments are planned to be included in the general package of laws on cryptocurrency regulation in Russia, which is currently being finalized for the second reading in the State Duma.
