🇺🇸 The USA has for the first time permitted the launch of crypto "perps" on licensed platforms — previously, the huge market for perpetual futures effectively bypassed American investors.

Following the CFTC's decision, Kalshi and Coinbase were the first to announce the launch of such instruments for US clients.
