@Dealer's FAQ & Information 😆

➡️ What is a Middleman / Dealer service?
A middleman (Dealer) is a neutral third party that helps two users complete a transaction safely.
The role of the Dealer is to ensure both sides follow the agreed terms — the buyer receives what was promised, and the seller receives payment securely.
This service is commonly used for digital transactions such as usernames, accounts, and other online assets.

➡️  How does the process work?
1. Both parties agree on the deal details (price, item, terms)
2. The buyer sends payment to the Dealer
3. Dealer/Middleman confirm the funds
4. The seller delivers the product or service
5. The buyer confirms everything is correct
6. The middleman releases funds to the seller
7. This ensures a safe and structured transaction for both sides.

➡️  What happens if there is a dispute?
If any issue arises during a deal, the Dealer will review the situation and communicate with both parties.
The goal is always to reach a fair resolution based on provided evidence and agreement terms.

➡️  What are the fees?
The service fee is a flat $20 per transaction/deal.
All transactions are processed only after funds confirmation.
