🇷🇺💥🇺🇦 Ballistic missile strikes hit Kiev this evening, and once again no air raid alert sounded

Ukraine's Air Force admitted in a statement that it received no information from its "partners" about launches from Russian territory, calling the situation similar to the previous day's. The causes are "being investigated."

According to Zelensky, the Russian missiles targeted Kiev's Combined Heat and Power Plant No. 4.

Whether to believe these claims is an open question. Zelensky has every reason to flood the news cycle right now: to deflect US pressure over the ban on striking Russian oil refineries, and to turn up the heat on Trump at home by handing his opponents a talking point that Washington isn't warning Kiev about ballistic launches.
