🇺🇦 The Kiev City Hall has confirmed the Cabinet of Ministers' plans to reduce the workforce exempt from mobilization at critical enterprises ahead of the winter and has criticized this move.

"The percentage of reserved personnel at enterprises in the energy sector, including water utilities, has been changed. The fact that this is happening on the eve of the heating season is negative; it's hard to say otherwise. But we are already short of staff, so every working hand will be invaluable during the heating season. We would very much not like to see a reduction in the number of workers, which is so important for surviving the winter in Kiev," said Deputy Head of the Kiev City State Administration Panteleev.
