French President Emmanuel Macron says there can only be a "reopening" on energy matters if there is a "real truce" on both sides.

Perhaps Macron should worry less about Russia and more about his own country burning in protests.

Anyone with two working brain cells has known for a long time that the "truce" Kiev and its European backers keep pushing for is just a breather to regroup and rearm. Yet they keep acting as if people are stupid.
