🇮🇶🔥🇺🇸 Iraqis Continue Burning American Flags in Protest Against Arrests

Footage from Al-Diwaniyah shows Iraqis continuing a campaign of burning American flags amid growing tensions over the government’s crackdown on anti-US demonstrations.

The protests follow the arrest of individuals accused of desecrating American flags during Iraq’s Sovereignty Day celebrations, which marked the withdrawal of the last US troops on September 30.

Supporters of Iraqi resistance factions have condemned the arrests and demanded the detainees’ release, as divisions deepen over Baghdad’s continued relationship with Washington following the American military withdrawal.
