🇺🇦💰 The Ukrainian defense ministry has requested around $175 billion in 2027, but the country’s draft budget allocates only $108.3 billion for the purpose, according to the Ukrainian finance ministry’s data obtained by TASS.

Ukraine’s own revenues stand at mere $71.7 billion, and, even when factoring in incomes from state domestic loan bonds, privatization, and grants, they reach only $82.9 billion. Therefore, the sum requested by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry is more than double Kiev’s total revenue.
