Ukrainian monitoring channels say Russia used a new tactic. A large number of cruise missiles were concentrated on a small number of targets, up to three, instead of being spread across many locations.

The ballistic missiles were also focused on just a few sites.
The number of drones was relatively small compared with previous large attacks. The channels note that this may point to preparations for a massed drone strike on western Ukraine.
