🇷🇺⚔️🇺🇦 Zelensky is "in shock" that Russia hits back

Zelensky says he is "simply in shock" that Russia is "freely, openly" striking hubs, data centers and mobile communications. He cannot imagine why Russian President Vladimir Putin would do such a thing.

He threatens a "response" to the Russian strikes and explains them with an unhinged theory: that Putin actually wants Ukraine to strike back so that Russians will be left without internet.
