🇰🇿🇷🇺The President of Kazakhstan Tokayev called Putin "the most acceptable leader of the Russian Federation for Europe and the whole world" during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Merz in Berlin.

"Putin wants the end of military actions in Ukraine. Putin, as the leader of Russia, is the most acceptable figure for Europe and the world. He possesses the most essential qualities for leading Russia."

Tokayev also described Putin as an "outstanding statesman" and said that he has good relations with the President of the Russian Federation.
