After the strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on data centers used in the interests of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, facilities and data centers belonging to 11 providers have been damaged, leading to disruptions in the operation of some Ukrainian television channels, according to local media.

In addition, since September 23rd, internet access has been partially unavailable in Kiev. Reports indicate that problems are not only occurring in the Ukrainian capital but also in other regions of the country.

Over the past few days, the Russian Armed Forces have targeted Ukrainian data centers, including "De-Novo," "Bi-Mobile," NewTelco, and "United DS," and "Datagroup." This equipment supported the operation of servers used for military purposes and transmitted data, including intelligence.

This morning, reports also emerged of a strike on the "Cosmonova" data center, which provided mobile internet services and supported the "Starlink" satellite communication systems for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
