For Sellers
• All usernames must be legally obtained
• You must be the owner of the username. Proof of ownership may be requested.
• Once you set a price, it cannot be increased. You may reduce the price by contacting us
• If your username sells as a result of our channel (directly or indirectly), our fee applies.
• You must inform us immediately if your username is sold elsewhere, so I can remove it from listings.
For Buyers
• All funds must be legally obtained
• All payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only. You will receive/send funds in the same currency used for the deal.
• All sales are final once the account has been transferred and confirmed. No refunds will be provided.
• After the account is transferred, it becomes your full responsibility
• Risks such as bans, voids etc are not our responsibility. However unlikely they may be, they are present.
General Terms
• We act only as a facilitator between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to the transaction and assume no responsibility for outcomes once the deal is completed unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
• Only reasonably priced and market-appropriate usernames will be accepted.
• By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to all of these terms.
We can act as the middleman for any username sold via @dcord completely free of charge for the buyer, with our fee being the 10% proxy cost. In instances where the involved party does not want to use us as a middleman a mutually agreed middleman can be used at the buyers expense or the party which does not want to use us.
IMPORTANT / MUST READ
Securing the account is up to the buyer. @dcord acts as the proxy/middleman of the deal and does not have access/control over the accounts sold unless stated otherwise. We only list accounts that we believe are safe but securing and verifying the accounts legitimacy relies on the buyer. Any doubts towards the accounts security and the deal can be cancelled, once the deal is complete it will not be reversed.
