We've found our first Indian company with MAJOR ethical issues: Pennsylvania-based TesTex Inc.

We've got the following claims:
1. Constant unpaid OT is expected of workers. Management frequently demand "emotional self-care meetings" which last as much as 10 hours, then demand all the work get done once the boss is done ranting to take out stress on workers. Only 8 hours paid.
2. But wait, there's more: A system exists where, by mixing "job," "travel," and "office" rates—two of which are simplified to "regular" on paystubs—the company avoids paying OT for hours exceeding 40 per week. Instead, they pay 0-20% extra.
3. Its New Orleans branch has been scandalized by numerous allegations of a hostile work environment, with its manager Paul Turner Buras, Jr. accused of discriminating against autistics, blacks, military reservists, veterans, and even "over-Americanized" Indians.
