When I was at primary school, I was a huge fan of Undertale, and my first fan art was of Chara; I’ve always wanted to play Deltarune, but I’ve kept putting it off. The reason is that I don’t feel in the right frame of mind to throw myself into it wholeheartedly; this series means so much to me that if I can’t enjoy it, I’d rather wait. BTW,this game has always been incredibly popular in China, and it has the worst fandom in Chinese internet history. And I dare say you can find Chinese people in any fandom. Chinese fans won’t give up on a series because of the language barrier, and with a population of 1.4 billion, it’s nothing unusual to find Chinese people everywhere.
