Hiring for Credit Analytics team - HDFC Bank

Location: Flexible (Mumbai / Bengaluru / Delhi / Pune), hybrid work schedule.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and automate end to end credit decisioning frameworks.
- Evaluate new data sources and attributes (internal and external) to enhance models.
- Portfolio monitoring and analysis.
- Formulating strategy to increase cross-sell of products to existing bank customers.
- Work with internal teams for data gathering & model development / deployment / monitoring.

Work experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably bank / NBFC / fintech. Hands on experience of SQL, Python, Pyspark and Databricks is required.

Education Qualification: BE / BTech / Graduation or Masters in Mathematics / Statistics, MBA.
