MIGx AG is hiring a 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐠 to join our growing Data and AI Engineering team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of the semantic layer end to end, shaping the approach with clients and colleagues.

You will build #Stardog knowledge graphs across research, clinical, regulatory and operational #LifeSciences data, from conceptual modelling through to production.

Your work will include:

• Modelling ontologies and vocabularies using RDF, OWL, SKOS and SHACL
• Writing and optimising #SPARQL queries
• Integrating diverse data sources through virtual graphs and mappings
• Automating graph builds, tests and deployments with #Python and CI/CD

You will work closely with data platform and #AI engineers, as well as subject matter experts, to turn business questions into robust semantic models.
