We're hiring a Data Engineer at viktor.com, based in Warsaw.

Hiring at this stage is like building a jigsaw. Every new person has to fit the pieces already on the table and make the picture clearer. This piece sits right in the middle, because almost every decision we make runs through the data.

viktor.com passed $50M seven months after launch. Every customer, every credit and every ad click along the way left data behind it.

A lot of it is already in decent shape. ClickHouse is live, data flows in from the product, billing and our ad platforms, and a lifetime gross profit model is taking shape.

The next stretch is harder, and it needs an owner. You'd own the warehouse, the pipelines, the dashboards and the attribution data behind our growth. You'd report to Peter Albert and work directly with him and Fryd Wiatrowski, our co-founders, with nobody in between.

We want someone who owns a problem end to end, catches a misleading number before it reaches a decision, and wants the hard version of the job.

The last stage is a 3-day paid work trial, which is how both sides find out whether the piece fits. If you're already in a great role, you get to try before you buy.
