NavTweaks / HideNavBar Magisk/KernelSU 30.0 TEST 5

* Fix some options not properly installing due to incorrect path resolution in the installer

* Fixed AOSP/Custom ROM Launcher3 overlay installs which were caused by improper package name choice

* Added Metamodule install check to ensure the user has the necessary metamodule for the module to work


Be sure to report any issues asap and i'll do my best to fix it
