Специалист технической поддержки / IT Support Engineer — Paphos
📍 Paphos, Cyprus — fully onsite

INEX Group is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join our team in Paphos.
This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT support with maintaining the smart office systems used across our workplaces.

What you’ll do:
• Set up and support laptops, workstations, software and user accounts
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
• Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, face recognition and video conferencing systems
• Provide onsite and remote support to employees
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with Windows administration and computer hardware
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage
• Driving licence and own car are desirable
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems
