Position: Product Lead | Web Applications & UX

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry.

We are looking for a senior Product Lead to own the vision, UX and roadmap for our web applications and payment interfaces: merchant portal, operational backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers.
This is a hands-on product leadership role, not a coordination-only PO position and not a purely visual design role.

🧩 What you'll own:
✔️ Product vision and roadmap for the merchant portal, backoffice, payment widgets and cashiers;
✔️ End-to-end UX across payment processing, routing, reporting, reconciliation and configuration;
✔️ Information architecture, user journeys, wireframes and prototypes;
✔️ A shared design system across paytech products;
✔️ AI-assisted workflows: contextual assistants, proactive monitoring, anomaly detection, natural-language analytics;
✔️ Global-by-default design: multiple devices, languages (including RTL), currencies, time zones, white-label brands, accessibility.

🌿 Job Requirements:

Must Have 
✔️ Proven experience owning payment cashiers, hosted payment pages, checkout flows or payment widgets end to end, from discovery to launch;
✔️ Experience with merchant portals, payment operations back-offices or orchestration platforms is a strong plus;
✔️ A portfolio of products you defined and launched, not just features you coordinated;
✔️ Strong UX judgment, hands-on with Figma or equivalent, comfortable running user interviews and validating solutions;
✔️ Technical fluency in APIs, frontend architecture and performance, confidence working directly with engineers;
✔️ Practical understanding of AI-assisted product experiences: human-in-the-loop workflows, explainability, permission-aware data access;
✔️Professional English.

Nice to Have 
✔️ Frontend/UX engineering background, ability to prototype;
✔️ Experience with payment orchestration, acquiring or PSP platforms;
✔️ Multi-tenant/white-label SaaS experience;
✔️ Experience shipping AI assistants, anomaly detection or NL analytics in B2B products.

How you'll work:
Reporting to the CTO, partnering closely with the Head of Engineering and a cross-functional team, with real authority over product direction and UX, while engineering owns architecture and implementation.
