💥 We're hiring an IT Support Engineer

💡 What you'll do:
• Provide second-line support for all offices and local IT for the Limassol team.
• Administer GitLab, Google Cloud IAM, and manage access requests.
• Automate recurring tasks and improve IT processes.
• Ensure compliance and operation of macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Administer Jira and Confluence, maintaining integrations and automations.

🎯 What we expect:
• 4+ years in IT support/system administration, with at least 2 years in a second-line role.
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, GitLab, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

⭐ Nice to have:
• Russian language skills.
• Experience with Fortinet, scripting, and AI tooling in support workflows.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
