1C Systems Analyst

📌 Responsibilities
• Analyse, design and implement integrations between 1C, used as the accounting system, and Calypso, used as the back-office, trading and risk management platform.
• Develop and improve reports and functionality within 1C.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for system synchronisation.
• Work with Finance, Operations and IT teams to support business needs and automate workflows.
• Ensure accurate and timely data flow and reconciliation between 1C and Calypso.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment and ongoing support of 1C and related integrations.

✅ Requirements
• University degree in Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with 1C, including integrations with third-party systems.
• Experience integrating 1C with financial systems; experience with Calypso or similar front-to-back-office platforms is preferred.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting in investment firms or financial institutions.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in an investment firm, brokerage or financial institution.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, interface specifications and conduct user testing.
• Working English; Russian or Greek will be an advantage.
