Proof Anabaptists are not the same as Protestants: why did Prots/Lutherans condemn Anabaptists in 5 pages of the 1530 Augsburg Confession that Protestants themselves made?
Page 9: "Article V: ... They condemn the Anabaptists and others, who think that the Holy Ghost cometh to men without the external Word, through their own preparations and works.": https://archive.org/details/augsburgconfessi00unse/page/9/mode/1up?q=Anabaptists
Page 11: "Article XI : They condemn the Anabaptists, who allow not the bap¬ tism of children, and say that children are saved without baptism."

"THE AUGSBURG CONFESSION
DELIVERED TO THE EMPEROR CHARLES V., AT THE DIET OF AUGSBURG, A. D. 1530.
[This Translation is made from the Latin Editio Princeps, of 1530-31, the authority of which, equally with that of the German Editio Princeps, surpasses all other known Editions. .... The words in brackets are inserted from the German Editio Princeps.]"

The noteworthy thing is Prots/Lutherans used 5 PAGES OUT OF 84 PAGES in the PROTESTANT' own 1530 Ausburg Confession TO SAY "THEY CONDEMN THE ANABAPTISTS"!π€π€
So why would Prots uses 5 PAGES of their 1530 Augsburg Confession to say they condemn Anabaptists on 5 varied issues, if Protestants & Anabaptists were the same thing? Oh, because the Protestants did not get along with the Anabaptists and were not the same things!
(Quick note page 14: no Anabaptist believes that there is an end to punishment of unbelieving/condemned men and devils but Anabaptists believe there is eternal punishment for unbelievers and devils in the Lake of Fire forever.)
