Only saved believers can/could/should voluntarily confess THEIR FAULTS (i.e. which are/mean weakenesses and are NOT the same as sins) TO SAVED BELIEVERS only, which is who James wrote to. DO NOT CONFESS ANYTHING TO AN UNSAVER, PAGAN, IDOLATOROUS, JUDAIZER, DRESS-WEARING "PRIEST" OR TO ANY MAN OR "PRIEST". THE PRIEST AND MARY ARE NOT THE MEDIATORS BETWEEN GOD AND MAN AND CANNOT SAVE YOU. DO NOT CONFESS YOUR SINS TO ANY MAN:
