UK Bitcoin Custodian The Smarter Web Company Secures Conditional £10 Million Raise, Plans to Add to BTC Holdings

@cryptocurrency_media, October 12: UK-based Bitcoin custodian The Smarter Web Company has conditionally raised £10 million (around $13.2 million) by issuing preferred shares. It plans to use approximately £4 million (around $5.3 million) of the net proceeds to buy more Bitcoin.

The preferred shares are expected to begin trading in London on October 14, with an initial annual dividend rate of 12%, paid weekly.
