The capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, comes under a large-scale Russian missile attack. Among the targets are energy infrastructure objects.

According to Ukrainian monitoring channels, the Russians launched around 20 missiles within 30 minutes. More being fired right now.

I think it's notable that that the strikes take place just a few hours after US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Russia declared readiness for an energy ceasefire.
