POLISH FM SIKORSKI: I don't know if Ms. Zakharova was sober when she was saying that, this time, but I remind that the word "phobia" in Greek means irrational fear. And when Russia invades neighbors, threatens other neighbors, such as us, then in light of our history of Russian conquests and Russian colonization, it is not irrational to take this seriously and prepare to deter this real, not imaginary, Russian threat.
