There is a phone in every hotel room. Almost nobody uses it.
Not because the hotel is bad. Because picking it up means talking to a stranger, out loud, about something small.
What floor is the gym on. What time does breakfast stop. Can I get one more towel. Are the slippers free or do they end up on the bill.
So you do not call. You put your shoes back on, walk down to the lobby, and read the sign yourself. Or you skip the gym.
Here is the part that should bother every hotel. The front desk would have been happy to answer. The guest genuinely wanted to ask. The phone is the only thing standing in the middle, and it has been standing there for forty years
We have been building AI concierges that sit on a small panel on the wall right above that phone. A guest scans it, talks in whatever language they think in, and gets an answer in seconds. At 2am. With nobody on the other end to feel awkward in front of.
If that sounds like your guests, send us a DM and we will build one for you
