👏 The biggest attack on NPM is the hacking of the century for $50 (original)

Recall that hackers hacked the account of a well-known developer in NPM and embedded malicious code in popular JavaScript libraries, which were downloaded billions of times.

The result is funny - only $50 was stolen in ETH and memcoins.

But experts warn that the risk remains, as infected packages could get into a huge number of projects. It is recommended to carefully check transactions and use crypto services more carefully.
