🇺🇸 White House crypto adviser Patrick Witt will temporarily step away from his role to begin military training with the Georgia Army National Guard.

Witt has been one of the key figures behind the CLARITY Act, the bill that could establish the first comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto in the U.S.

Deputy Director Harry Jung will assume his responsibilities during Witt’s absence, while sources say Witt will remain involved in the legislative process.
